General Conditions

These General Conditions are applicable for all business relations between Aviation Market Ltd (seller) and its customers. With your order you are confirming to have read and accepted these General Conditions.

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). The seller is not yet subjet to the Swiss VAT. All prices, descriptions and pictures are without guearantee and may change anytime. Orders may be refused by the seller without giving reasons. The sale takes places if the order is accepted be the seller.

Orders are place in the online shop. The customer may register or order as a guest. Personal data are kept only in context with the order and not forwarded to others.

Items in stock will be delivered after having received the order or kept available in the shop for pickup within 14 days. The seller does not take any resposability if an item is sold out or no more in stock.

Shipping costs is according to the weight and shown during the ordering process. Tax and duties might be applicable when importing goods. These are NOT included in the shipping costs and payable by the customer. See our page regarding shipping.

Paxment is by credit card, TWINT or cash at pickup.

The transportation risk is with the customer.

None of the products may be returned for credit without the seller's prior acceptance being given. The seller undertakes no sale or return arrangements for any goods supplied by it. Any defects to products must be reported to the seller within 3 days of receipt. In case of damages by the transporter a report has to be issued.

The seller shall be under no liability to the customer in any way whatsoever for destruction, damage, delay or any other matters of any nature whatsoever

All contracts between the customer and the seller shall be governed by Swiss Law and shall be construed and take effect in all respects accordingly.
